Networking Social Connects Businesses, Residents in Marathon City

Nearly 50 people attended the Marathon City 2020 Ltd. Networking Social held last night, April 12th, at the Marathon City Sports Center in Marathon, Wis. The social was an open invitation to anyone interested in economic revitalization in the Village of Marathon. Participants made valuable connections with and learned updates from several new businesses in our community, including Buy Rite Auto, Redwood Storage, Shine Chiropractic, and Marathon Industrial Finishing. Organizers of the networking event are planning to host networking socials each quarter. Marathon City 2020 Ltd. is a community-based, non-profit organization comprised of business owners, community leaders and residents who are genuinely interested in seeing our community grow and remain a thriving place to live and do business for many generations. Anyone who has an interest in supporting revitalization efforts is welcome to attend and participate in Marathon City 2020 Ltd. meetings and on committees.
