Extended Deadline for Marathon Memories Essay Contest Announced

Marathon City 2020 Ltd. is hosting an essay contest and awarding prizes for selected winners. The contest is open to all ages, and entries are due by June 30th. Participants are asked to submit typed essays that feature the writer's memories and connections to the Marathon community. Essays can include oral histories and interviews. Prizes will be awarded to the top three essays per age division. All entries will be featured in upcoming exhibits inside the Heritage Center.
